1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services and digital products offered on doctoryaskina.com (the "Website") by Ekaterina Briukhanova, a sole trader based in Queensland, Australia (ABN 59 856 149 851) ("I", "me", "my"). By booking a service, making a payment or accessing a digital product, you ("you", "the client") agree to these Terms. Please read them together with my Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of my services
I am a nutritionist and life coach. I provide nutrition education and lifestyle coaching to support healthy eating habits, general wellbeing and a sustainable way of life.
I am not a registered medical practitioner or other registered health practitioner in Australia, and my services are not medical services. I do not diagnose, treat or cure any disease or medical condition. My services do not replace care from your doctor or another registered health professional.
3. Services and digital products
The current services, their content and prices are described on the Website at the time of booking. They include:

• One-time personal consultation. Before the session I send you a detailed questionnaire and review the information you provide, including any existing test results. I may suggest laboratory tests for you to discuss with your GP. We then hold an online session in which I share nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. The one-time format does not include follow-up support after the session.
• Monthly mentorship. Ongoing nutrition and lifestyle coaching over a period of about one month, with support via messenger on business days.
• "Sugar Free" lecture. A pre-recorded educational digital product.
• Free guide. A free educational digital product.

4. Booking, payment and prices

• You can book by contacting me via WhatsApp or another contact method listed on the Website.
• Prices are shown on the Website in the stated currency. Payment is made in advance, using the method we agree on when you book.
• Your booking is confirmed, and a contract between us is formed, when I confirm the booking and receive your payment.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

• By you, 48 hours or more before the session: you can cancel for a full refund or reschedule free of charge.
• By you, less than 48 hours before the session, or if you do not attend: the fee is not refundable, because I prepare for each session in advance, including reviewing your questionnaire. At my discretion, I may offer to reschedule once.
• By me: if I need to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
• Monthly mentorship: if you cancel after the mentorship has started, you may receive a partial refund for the unused portion, at my reasonable discretion and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Digital products
Access to digital products is provided after payment. Because digital content cannot be returned, refunds are not available for change of mind once you have accessed the product. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see section 7).
7. Your consumer rights
My services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with the service, you are entitled:

• to cancel your service contract with me; and
• to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the problem with the service fixed within a reasonable time. If this is not done, you can cancel your contract and get a refund for the unused portion.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to:

• give accurate and complete information about your health, including any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding;
• consult your doctor before making significant changes to your diet, exercise or supplements, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication;
• seek medical care from a registered health professional for any symptoms or health concerns;
• use the materials I provide for your personal use only.

9. Results
Everyone's body and circumstances are different, and results depend on many factors outside my control, including how you apply the recommendations. I do not guarantee any specific result, such as weight change or the resolution of symptoms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 7:

• I am not liable for any loss arising from your failure to follow the advice of your doctor or to disclose relevant health information to me; and
• my total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to supplying that service again or refunding the fee you paid for it.

11. Intellectual property
All materials I provide, including the lecture, guides, questionnaires and meal plans, are my intellectual property and are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell or publish them without my written permission.
12. Communication
We mainly communicate in writing via WhatsApp or another agreed messenger. I reply on business days (Monday to Friday, Queensland time).
13. Privacy
My Privacy Policy explains how I handle your personal and health information.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, without limiting any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded. Before starting any formal proceedings, we both agree to try to resolve the issue in good faith by contacting each other first.
15. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website when you book applies to that booking.
