This Privacy Policy explains how Ekaterina Briukhanova (ABN 59 856 149 851) ("I", "me") collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information when you use doctoryaskina.com or my services. I handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. What information I collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number, messenger username and email.
• Health information, only if you become a client: your answers to my questionnaire, your medical history, symptoms, test results, current medications, dietary habits and goals. This is sensitive information, and I collect it only with your consent and only as far as it is needed to provide my services.
• Messages: the content of our communication via WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
• Payment details: only what is necessary to confirm your payment. I do not store card numbers.
• Website usage data: see section 6.

2. How I collect it
I collect information directly from you: when you message me, fill in my questionnaire, book a service or use a form on the Website. You can contact me without giving your full name, but I need enough information to provide a service safely.
3. Why I use it
I use your information to:

• respond to your enquiries;
• provide, tailor and follow up on my services;
• manage bookings and payments;
• improve the Website;
• meet my legal obligations.

I do not use your health information for marketing, and I do not sell your personal information.
4. Who I share it with
I share personal information only:

• with the service providers I use to run my business, such as WhatsApp (Meta), Telegram, Google, Yandex and Tilda (my website platform), and only as needed;
• where required or authorised by law;
• with your consent.

5. Overseas disclosure
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States, the European Union and Russia (Yandex Metrica analytics). By using my services and the Website, you acknowledge that your information may be stored or processed overseas. I choose established providers and share only what is necessary.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Website uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to understand how visitors use it. These tools use cookies and may collect your IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited. Yandex Metrica may also record anonymised session replays of how you interact with the Website. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
7. Storage and security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including password-protected accounts and devices. I keep client health information only for as long as needed to provide my services and meet legal obligations, and then delete it securely.
8. Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information I hold about you by contacting me. I will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
9. Complaints
If you have a concern about how I have handled your personal information, please contact me first, and I will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
